Overview

The Novoyavorivsk urban territorial community, with its administrative center in Novoyavorivsk, was established in 2020. The community has a population of around 52,000 and includes eight Starosty districts and 22 settlements. Novoyavorivshchyna is a young, progressive community and a center for dynamic economic development. Its strategic location on the Polish border, just 30 km from Lviv, enhances cross-border cooperation due to the proximity of multiple customs checkpoints.

Brief Description of the Project / Technology / Other Specifics

The project involves the construction of a new kindergarten in Shklo, designed to accommodate 130 children. This facility will serve as a supportive, child-centered space that promotes early learning and development in line with national standards. Emphasizing a holistic approach, the kindergarten will encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth to prepare children for their educational journey. Project goals include:

  • Finalizing construction and setting up a fully functional kindergarten.
  • Integrating a framework that aligns with preschool education policies, focusing on comprehensive child development.
  • Establishing a safe and interactive setting to nurture children’s physical and mental health.
  • Equipping children with foundational skills for a seamless transition to primary education.

The construction scope includes earthworks, installation of columns, walls, flooring, roofing, and facade finishes. The project will complete internal general construction, install an external electrical network and perimeter fencing, and include landscaping, outdoor play areas, and furnishing with necessary equipment and learning materials. Feasibility studies and environmental certification have been completed, and the Project Concept Document (PCD) has been developed. This project aligns with the Community Development Strategy through 2027.
