The farm enterprise "Best Berry" was established in March 2019, with total investments of $614,000 over the past six years. The company specializes in the wholesale distribution of high-quality frozen fruits, vegetables, and berries across Ukraine and internationally. "Best Berry" serves a diverse clientele, including industries, retail chains, confectioneries, bakeries, HoReCa establishments, and end consumers. While it currently operates without in-house production facilities, the company sources produce from local plantations in Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions and uses third-party freezing services for raspberries. Recently, it has expanded into European export markets, supplying products to countries like Italy, Poland, and Germany.

The project involves constructing a 7,300 sq.m. fruit, vegetable, and berry processing plant. This facility will handle a wide range of production processes, including reception, washing, grinding, pressing, drying, freezing, packaging, and warehousing. The facility is designed to produce the following:

  • Canned Products: Jams, preserves, fruits, and berries in syrup.
  • Juices and Drinks: Natural juices, nectars, and concentrates.
  • Purees and Powders: Natural and concentrated fruit and berry purees and powders.
  • Pastes and Sauces: Fruit pastes, vinaigrettes, and sauces.
  • Food Supplements and Extracts: Pectins, thickeners, and fruit extracts.

The plant will employ 80-100 staff members and support agricultural producers by turning raw materials into high-value products, enhancing local economic growth.
