Overview
Vitagro Group is one of Ukraine's leading agricultural holdings, specializing in crop production, livestock, and agricultural processing. The company actively invests in innovative solutions to expand its range of products with high added value.
Brief Description of the Project / Technology / Other Specifics
The Soy Protein Concentrate (SPC) project aims to establish production facilities for creating soy protein concentrate, primarily used in animal feed production. This project will implement advanced soybean processing technologies to produce high-quality concentrate with elevated protein content and reduced anti-nutrients. This premium-quality product positions Vitagro as a competitor in the European high-value animal feed market, creating added value for products and providing stable raw material sales for local farmers.
The planned facility will have a processing capacity of 280,000 tons of soybeans annually, producing approximately 140,000 tons of soy protein concentrate, 45,000 tons of soybean oil, and 80 tons of molasses as a by-product. The production process is optimized to preserve nutritional value, increase protein availability, and meet international quality standards, all while minimizing energy consumption and reducing anti-nutrient levels.
Advantages of the Project
- Entry into the high-quality animal protein feed market.
- Compliance with EU environmental and quality standards.
- Increased profitability through added product value.
